Start your journey to wellness

Let's break it down...

*PURIFICATION-to get rid of that stinky boy smell or whatever stinky smell YOU currently have in your house 😉

*THIEVES VITALITY-to keep that immune and respiratory system kicked into high gear. Drink it in tea or pop it in a capsule

*LEMON VITALITY-to sip in my water or tea and to gain that important D-Limonene daily. Look it up. It's a powerhouse.

*STRESS AWAY-well hello, who doesn't need some of this!? It does what it says.

*LAVENDER-what CAN'T you use it for is the better question. Skin, relaxing, calming.

*DIGIZE VITALITY-ingested in a capsule, water, coffee or tea. So soothing.

*PEPPERMINT VITALITY- Sip this in water, pop a capsule, drop on your tongue to support your digestive system. Even pressed to the roof of your mouth. That's my favorite. So refreshing and freshens your breath.

*PANAWAY-used after exercise or rubbed on my belly once a month.

*COPAIBA VITALITY-such a powerhouse oil. It has very similar constituents to marijuana. Just sayin. Ingest in a capsule or in tea.

*FRANKINCENSE-if it's good enough for baby Jesus, it's good enough for me. Right!? Great for skin but it's also such a relaxing smell. We ❤️Frank!

*RC-THE best in the diffuser at nighttime, rubbed on feet, or mixed with coconut oil to create a chest rub.

This is just a very small sprinkling of what these bad boys are used for. Don't catch yourself without these amazing products. Get that wellness box together and be prepared. Remember...daily nutrition, not symptom management.

Christmas Spirit 5ml (Wholesale) $10.25

Why we love it: I mean who doesn't love the smell of the holidays, right? And it's such an affordable oil to keep in your arsenal. I often diffuse this with Northern Lights Black Spruce and it's dreamy.

What Young Living has to say about Christmas Spirit: Christmas Spirit is a sweet, spicy blend of orange, cinnamon, and spruce essential oils that tap into the happiness, joy, and security associated with the holiday season.

What if Christmas Spirit is out of stock? You can pretty much count on it going out of stock around the holidays so make sure you stock up in the warmer months. You can thank me for that little tip later ;) If you can't get your hands on it, just make your own with Northern Light Black Spruce, Orange and Cinnamon Bark. Easy peasy.

Tea Tree 15ml (Wholesale) $26.00

Why we love it:  Tea tree (also known as Melaleuca) is a must have for skin support.  Add 1-2 drops to your body lotion and apply as needed.  It’s also great with blemishes and adding to your shampoo to help keep your scalp healthy. See some recipes below for easy DIYs to use tea tree in.

Preschool Mornings Clean Head Spray
Take a glass spray bottle and add about 15 drops Tea Tree and then 10 each of Lavender, Peppermint, Geranium, Lavender and Cedarwood. Then add just a squirt of Witch Hazel, fill with water and shake. Easy peasy.

Chemical-Free Dry Shampoo Recipe

1/4 c Arrowroot or Corn Starch
1 tbsp Baking Soda
2 drops Cedarwood Oil
2 drops Rosemary Oil
1 drop Tea Tree Oil
2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (for dark hair only)
Combine all ingredients and put in an empty shaker bottle. Sprinkle on roots of hair and massage into scalp. Leave in hair for a few minutes so it absorbs the natural oils. Then brush through hair. Hey, it's better to not wash your hair every day anyway, right!?

What Young Living has to say about Tea Tree:  With a fresh, crisp aroma, Tea Tree essential oil (Melaleuca alternifolia) helps maintain a healthy-looking scalp and hair, and reduces the appearance of blemishes. Apply to feet and toenails when needed. This oil includes naturally occurring constituents terpinene-4-ol, gamma terpinene and alpha-terpinene, and is included in Purification and Melrose essential oil blends, Animal Scents and Rose ointments, and ClaraDerm.

What if Tea Tree is out of stock?  Try Melrose, Rosemary or Lavender.

We also add this to their foot roller that we put on each night. It has Cedarwood, White Angelica, a tiny bit of Lavender and Roman Chamomile. We sometimes add Trauma Life as well.

What Young Living has to say about White Angelica:  White Angelica essential oil blend has a sweet, warm, and floral fragrance, and when used topically, may enhance the appearance of skin. Add this blend to Young Living’s ART Light Moisturizer to enjoy its skin beautifying benefits. Apply White Angelica topically to the wrists, neck, and heart to enjoy its nurturing aroma. Young Living offers Orange and Orange Vitality.  Both oils will work the exact same, so if one is out of stock, feel free to buy the other one!

Orange 15ml (wholesale) $10.75
Orange Vitality 5ml (wholesale) $6.00

Why we love it:  This oil is great for cellular support (orange vitality), uplifting and emotional balance.  It’s a great one to diffuse first thing in the morning, to help perk you up.  Also try placing a couple drops on a cotton ball and placing at the bottom of your trash can in the bathroom, to help with odors. I encourage you to do your research on Limonene, which is naturally occurring in citrus oils. You will want to use this oil daily if you do.
Orange essential oil uses:
  • Diffuse Orange essential oil in your children’s play areas. They’ll love the sweet, playful scent!
  • Depending on what you choose to blend with it, Orange is a great seasonal scent for both warmer and cooler months. Diffuse Orange with Lime, Lemon, or Tangerine for a sunny warm-weather scent, or diffuse it with Cinnamon and a hint of Clove for a festive smell perfect for the holidays.
  • Even clean linens may need a little freshening. Combine 8–10 drops with distilled water or witch hazel in a small spray bottle and spritz over linens and in closets to keep your sheets, towels, and clothes smelling great.
What Young Living has to say about Orange:  Orange essential oil, cold-pressed from the rinds of oranges, has a juicy aroma reminiscent of the fresh fruit. Orange oil offers a sweet, peaceful aroma that can fill a room with a sense of peace, harmony, and creativity.  Try making it a part of your morning routine—either diffused or applied topically—to start your day off with an inspiring boost of citrus aroma. Orange, like other citrus oils, can cause photosensitivity, so avoid applying it to exposed skin before spending time out in the sun.

And if you're a Marylander, you do Crabs and Beer. It's a thing. And you can't have a Blue Moon without a drop of Orange Vitality oil. It's SOOOO much better than an orange wedge squeezed in. Trust me and you're welcome ;)

Orange Vitality uses:
  • Support your wellness daily by adding 1–2 drops to a vegetarian gel capsule and taking as a dietary supplement.
  • Use in culinary dishes—sweet or savory—for added flavor and zest.
  • Add 2–3 drops to a water bottle or glass of water for flavor, or mix it with other Vitality essential oils for various flavor combinations. Infusing water with dietary essential oils is a great option for anyone who struggles swallowing pills and capsules.
What Young Living has to say about Orange Vitality: Orange (Citrus sinensis) Vitality™ has a clean, refreshing scent and flavor and contains the naturally occurring constituent limonene. Young Living uses it in many products, such as NingXia Red® and our proprietary wellness supplement ImmuPro™.  Embrace the versatility of Orange Vitality essential oil as a culinary tool by using it in your cooking to brighten up or complement dishes with its citrus flavor. Use it in baked goods for an acidic contrast to the sweetness of desserts and baked goods. Keep your body hydrated by adding a few drops of Orange Vitality oil and other Vitality oils such as Ginger Vitality to your water for a burst of flavor. Orange Vitality combines well with other fruity flavors, making it the perfect addition to smoothies, drinks, and NingXia Red.
What if Orange is out of stock?  Try Tangerine, Lemon, Grapefruit or Citrus Fresh.
