Fresh, nostalgic, and instantly recognizable, Peppermint's scent invigorates the mind and senses, while inspiring a sense of peace. Used topically, Peppermint oil creates a cool, tingling sensation on the skin, making it a favorite for sports massage.

When your day is dragging-through a workout, class, or day at work-enjoy some Peppermint oil benefits by applying to your head and neck. The refreshing aroma will give you a boost of positivity! Peppermint is also a great option for diffusing on its own or with compatible scents such as Lavender, Rosemary, Spearmint or Sage!

Most people love Peppermint's cool, sweet, refreshing taste in sweets and drinks, but long before it was a flavoring, it was a valuable herb. Today, we celebrate Peppermint Vitality essential oil for both its cool, minty taste and for the way it supports digestion. Take Peppermint Vitality in a glass of water after meals and you may find that it helps with the comfort and efficiency of your digestive system, as well as promotes healthy bowel function. Plus, the minty smell and taste just might freshen your breath after a big plate of pasta!

Because of its great taste, it's easy to add this versatile oil to your tea or experiment with it in your baking. We add 8 drops to our brownie mix before baking and they are the most delicious Peppermint Brownies that also help our digestive system out.

We use Peppermint oil in our Clean & Healthy Head Spray as well. Recipe below.

2 oz glass spray bottle
5 drops Peppermint Oil
5 drops Geranium Oil
5 drops Lavender oil
5 drops Tea Tree oil
dash of Witch Hazel
Fill with Water

Tip: The witch hazel helps the oils to mix in with the water instead of them laying on top.

Hope you enjoyed Day Nine of diving into your starter kit. Next up... RC!!
