Day 7: Diffuse + Ingest Peppermint



A favorite oil of our friends with school age children to diffuse during study time is Peppermint. It’s so fresh + invigorating! Studies have shown that Peppermint improves focus and test scores when ingested or inhaled during tests. Add that to a diffuser necklace/bracelet and send with your kids!

Another yummy tip is to add it to hot chocolate in the cold months. I sometimes add it to coffee with a little bit of cocoa powder to make a homemade peppermint mocha! YUM!

Or if you or your kids have any issues with the motion of being in a car, etc. it's great to diffuse in an ORB-diffuser. It's spill proof and plugs right into the lighter.
