Day 13: Goodnight/ Sleep Well






You all know by now that oils have been our sleep miracle around here. We use Cedarwood, White Angelica, Tranquil and Vetiver oils for the win! Everyone's body chemistry is different though so here is another success story from @oil_together...

Sleep is of the utmost importance during the school year, but sometimes we are so busy with activities and homework that our minds have trouble slowing down and turning off. In our house, we like to diffuse Dream Catcher, Lavender and Cedarwood in our bedrooms at night. Gentle Baby is also a favorite soothing oil to diffuse for all of us. You can also try applying any of these oils to the spine or bottoms of feet, just prior to bedtime. @oil_together
