Tea Tree 15ml (Wholesale) $26.00

Why we love it:  Tea tree (also known as Melaleuca) is a must have for skin support.  Add 1-2 drops to your body lotion and apply as needed.  It’s also great with blemishes and adding to your shampoo to help keep your scalp healthy. See some recipes below for easy DIYs to use tea tree in.

Preschool Mornings Clean Head Spray
Take a glass spray bottle and add about 15 drops Tea Tree and then 10 each of Lavender, Peppermint, Geranium, Lavender and Cedarwood. Then add just a squirt of Witch Hazel, fill with water and shake. Easy peasy.

Chemical-Free Dry Shampoo Recipe

1/4 c Arrowroot or Corn Starch
1 tbsp Baking Soda
2 drops Cedarwood Oil
2 drops Rosemary Oil
1 drop Tea Tree Oil
2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (for dark hair only)
Combine all ingredients and put in an empty shaker bottle. Sprinkle on roots of hair and massage into scalp. Leave in hair for a few minutes so it absorbs the natural oils. Then brush through hair. Hey, it's better to not wash your hair every day anyway, right!?

What Young Living has to say about Tea Tree:  With a fresh, crisp aroma, Tea Tree essential oil (Melaleuca alternifolia) helps maintain a healthy-looking scalp and hair, and reduces the appearance of blemishes. Apply to feet and toenails when needed. This oil includes naturally occurring constituents terpinene-4-ol, gamma terpinene and alpha-terpinene, and is included in Purification and Melrose essential oil blends, Animal Scents and Rose ointments, and ClaraDerm.

What if Tea Tree is out of stock?  Try Melrose, Rosemary or Lavender.
