MY HEALTHY DAY

I will not get sick. I will not get sick. I will not get sick.
We go to great lengths in this family to avoid sickness. I wanted to share some of what works for us with you here.

MY HEALTHY DAY is what I call it...


•THIEVES VITALITY ESSENTIAL OIL in hot tea (tastes great, soothes the throat and boosts immune & respiratory systems). I also add Clove and Orange sometimes. Yum!

•NINGXIA RED (an antioxidant drink) that’s so so good for supporting your body. I take double on days like today. •SUPER C (Vitamin C tablets) 1-3/day.

•COLLOIDAL SILVER (Under the tongue several times a day when in prevention mode). This is used only as needed so it works when we need it to.

•OMEGAGIZE for a daily dose of Vitamin D and fish oils.

•IMMUPRO TABLETS at night (lots of mushroom goodness to boost our immune systems), but don’t worry, it doesn’t taste like mushrooms. It also has Strawberry and Wolfberry!

•PROBIOTICS (SO important to support your gut to stay well and prevent sickness). We use YL MIGHTYPRO and it tastes like a pixie stick

•HOMEMADE ELDERBERRY SYRUP infused with YL Essential Oils...eaten by the spoonful this time of year several times a day. Delicious and so effective!!

ELDERBERRY SYRUP MEANS IT’S TIME FOR PREVENTION. To feed our bodies daily with immune and respiratory support. Elderberry syrup has been shown to boost immunity, decrease mucous production during colds and fight the flu. We started mixing about 1-2 teaspoons of this stuff into our daily NingXia Red shots or we even take it by the shot.

Here's the recipe we use (makes 4 cups or a 32 oz mason jar) :

+ 1 cup of Dried Organic Elderberries (we get ours on Amazon)

+5 cups of water

+ 1 cup of raw local honey

+3 drops of Cinnamon Bark EO

+ 3 drops of Clove EO

+3 drops of Ginger EO 

Steep elderberries and water on stove on low together for 30 minutes. The water will reduce some. Strain the the mixture into your mason jar. Let the liquid cool down slightly to warm. Mix your oils in with your honey first before adding your honey to your liquid. Stir everything together well. Store it in the fridge. We keep it in a dropper bottle for ease of adding to our NingXia shots.

This may seem like a lot, but with the exception of boiling water for tea, each thing takes seconds and our health is SO worth it. To not have to ingest synthetic chemicals or anything that is harmful to our bodies, but instead supports our bodies and keeps us well, is something I do not take for granted.
