Panway, a blend of Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Clove and Peppermint is a "hot" oil. That means it is best to dilute with a carrier oil before applying to tired muscles. It's so warming and soothing after exercise. It also helps support the appearance of healthy skin coloration when needed. And it's great for a soothing massage as well.
My favorite is to place 3-4 drops on a hot towel and hold it over my abdomen for that special time of the month.
When adding oils to your bath, be sure to mix them with Epsom Salts first and then place in your bath water. Don't want to burn your bits. :) Panaway is one of my favorites to add to a bath. So soothing!
